I made a blend on a Facebook LIve last night and I can’t remember why LOL #menopause. So here is the recipe;
8 drops Frankincense 8 drops Lime 2 drops Sweet Myrhh (Oppoponax) 2 drops Patchouli 2 drops Sandalwood Blend together in a 15ml roller bottle and top with carrier oil of your choice, I use fractionated coconut oil. Since all these oils carry very similar constituents of anti viral, deeply grounding, anti septic, anti depressant, sedative, tonic, good for coughs and colds, flu symptoms etc, I can only assume that it is a calming oil for when you are not feeling the best, or if you have a cold or something like that. I can't remember where I found the recipe and I can't remember what it was for but it smells good and I have been wearing it today, not having any profound affects from it but I am neither stressed nor sick so maybe I will wait until I am. Anyway, try it for yourself and see what you think.
